Interesting suggestion, thanks!
Better get queen size (tee hee)
I see in the “Urgent Needs” a request for cinder blocks and/or weights, but I don’t see that in the list above. If we still need this, I have a lot of lava rocks used for landscaping that I’d love to donate away. If they are needed, let me know and I’ll procure the necessary canvas bags for them.
Craig, unfortunately lava rocks are light and we need heavy. If you’re needing to get rid of them though you might try Craigslist or Freecycle.
You guys need any coders?
Sen,
I’m not really sure what this question means? Coders for what?
I’d suggest that we request wool socks, hats, scarves, leather gloves and mittens and rain ponchos (they work great in snow, too). Also, if people have hunting, skiing or snowmobiling gear that they could donate such as wool pants, gaiters, insulated bibs, union suits, etc, that would be great. Heavy boots with thick soles, “pac” boots, boots with removable felt liners would be fantastic. Winter coats with hoods for people who need them, too.
We most of all need you!!!
I think at GA tonight of 11/07/11 we seriously need to discuss the ‘logistics’ of a ‘permanent’ indoor space without enabling PorchLight to be a part of it! !
Every other major city like Chicago, in Illinois has now an indoor Occupancy!!
Thanks !!
HI!! Andrew Glickman here on this beautiful day of 11/07/11 HIGHLY recommending that we order the world’s safest drinking water for our needs, bottled purified and distilled water !!
Thanks!!
